Face Former therapy targets the cause and is holistic. Regular Face Former training actively tones tissues, muscles and skin in the mouth and face. It strengthens and harmonizes muscle functions that are particularly important for chewing, swallowing, speaking, breathing, tooth position as well as facial expressions and tightening of the skin.
Indications:

  • difficulty in swallowing (dysphagia)
  • incorrect functions of the tongue
  • dysfunctional mastication
  • speech disorders with functional causes
  • curing thumb sucking, lip biting etc.
  • paralysis of the oral and facial areas
  • following an operation on the face, jaw or tongue
  • malalignment of the teeth, anomalies in the jaw
  • grinding the teeth (bruxism), temporomandibular problems
  • snoring
  • activation of nasal breathing, curing mouth breathing
