Attachment For Angulated Handpiece

New palatal pin head

OrthoEasy® Pal, a special palatal pin version, was developed by FORESTADENT for the more efficient anchorage of orthodontic appliances in the palate. It complements the proven OrthoEasy® mini screws. For example, the Frog II appliance can now be attached quicker and easier in the mouth than before.

Until now, the lab abutments with the welded appliance had to be attached elaborately with a wire ligature on the pins placed in the palate. Now, the newly designed head of the OrthoEasy®Pay remedies this. The head of the new OrthoEasy® Pal is equipped with a practical inner thread so that the palatal abutments can simply be attached with a retaining screw. A laboratory pin as well as an impression cap aid the fabrication of the apparatus in the laboratory.
